Ingredients
- 4 frozen turkey burger patties
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional seasonings:
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- For Serving (Optional)
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Condiments of choice
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
- When preheated:
- Remove frozen patties from packaging
- Discard any paper separators
Cooking Process
- Place frozen patties in air fryer basket:
- Arrange in single layer
- Don’t overcrowd
- Leave space between patties
- Season top side:
- Add salt
- Add pepper
- Add any additional seasonings
- Cook first side:
- Air fry for 6-7 minutes
- Flip patties:
- Use tongs
- Season second side
- Continue cooking:
- Air fry for 6-8 more minutes
- Check internal temperature
- Should reach 165°F (74°C)
- Rest burgers:
- Remove from air fryer
- Let rest 2-3 minutes
